Accessibility Statement

Interlock Roofing of America is committed to ensuring metalroofingflorida.com is accessible to people with disabilities, consistent with Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA, and at minimum to WCAG 2.1 Level AA.

1. Measures We Take

  • Semantic HTML with a logical heading order, landmarks, and skip-to-content links.
  • Full keyboard operability, including the navigation menu, the cookie banner, and the quote form.
  • Visible focus indicators and no keyboard traps.
  • Text alternatives for informative images and empty alt attributes for decorative ones.
  • Color contrast of at least 4.5:1 for body text and 3:1 for large text and interface components.
  • Text that can be resized to 200 percent and layouts that reflow at 320 pixels wide without horizontal scrolling.
  • Form fields with programmatic labels, clear error messages, and no time limits.
  • Captions for any video we produce.
  • Accessibility checks with automated tools and manual keyboard and screen-reader testing (NVDA and VoiceOver) as part of each release.

2. Conformance Status

Partially conformant. Most of the Site meets WCAG 2.2 Level AA; some content does not fully conform, as listed below. This statement was last reviewed on August 27, 2026, following automated scanning and manual testing of the home page, city pages, product pages, the quote form, and the legal pages.

3. Known Limitations

  • Quote form. The form is a third-party Zoho Forms iframe loaded from forms.zohopublic.com. We have configured labels and error text, but some focus-order and announcement behavior inside the iframe is controlled by Zoho. If you cannot complete the form, call us and we will take your request by phone.
  • Google Maps. Embedded maps on location pages are not fully operable by keyboard or screen reader. The service-area information on each page is also given in text.
  • Cookie banner. The Cloudflare Zaraz banner is keyboard operable, but some screen readers announce the dialog late on first load. You can also set your preference by enabling Global Privacy Control in your browser.
  • PDF documents. The Guardian warranty PDF and some technical reports were produced by third parties and may not be fully tagged. We will provide the content in an accessible format on request.
  • Older images. Some legacy photographs have generic alt text that is being rewritten.

4. Feedback and Alternative Formats

If you encounter a barrier, contact us. Telephone 1-866-733-5811 (voice; relay users dial 711), or email policies@metalroofingflorida.com with the subject line “Accessibility.” Tell us the page address and the problem you experienced. We aim to respond within 5 business days and to provide the information or service in an alternative format, such as large print, plain text, or by telephone. You can request a quote entirely by telephone without using the web form.

5. Technical Information

The Site relies on HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and WAI-ARIA and is designed to work with current versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge, and with NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver, and TalkBack.

6. Ongoing Work

We review accessibility with each significant site change and at least annually, and we update this statement when the conformance status changes.
